A senior person within the age bracket of 35 to 45 years with BA.
PGDM., MBA or equivalent educational qualifications. Eight or more years of
working experience in the similar field of sales and marketing, project
management or in government or corporations executive-level position. He must have a thorough understanding of government
business rules and working system in particular to Public Procurement Rules of
the Royal Government of Bhutan, World Bank and ADB Procurement Rules. From there have the wisdom and confidence to
approach and connect with the right person in the client’s organisation in giving
detailed information on our company, the technical specifications, solutions
and the ways it meets their organisational needs.
Portfolio and Objectives of the Manager: Overall management of the company’s sales &
marketing profit and growth in a highly competitive
business scenario. To effectively
motivate and lead sales executives for achieving sales
Skills: Must have excellent verbal
and written communication skills to make compelling presentations and bid proposals.
He should be able to work closely
with other managers of Infrastructure and Technical Support Division, e_ Centric
Software Division as first-level Sales Engineer, provide them connect with the client’s
technical personnel in building out technical solutions for them.
